Figure America Overall Champion!
I just wanted to give you some feedback about the competition this past weekend. I must say that it hasn’t quite hit me as I sift through emails, clean the house and do the laundry. But every now and again I just sit here and play back in my mind how everything unfolded. I am so glad that I did get video of the show, and that was so awesome to see. I don’t know what to say other than, I set two goals for myself this year. To turn pro and to win the Ms. Figure America, and I acheived both. But I know myself, and I will be looking for the next challenge on my journey. And I am sure that will be the Ms. Figure Universe and the FAME World Championships in Toronto next summer.

Congrats on the MS. FIGURE USA you look awesome. I was supposed to compete in the junior division in musclemania but had to reschedule for next year.

That is so great. YOu deserve that win. You look awesome. I know that you get to relax a little now, so enjoy you holiday. I know that once that feeling fades away, you will be focused on winning again, so that feeling comes back. Enjoy the short period of time for off-season training.

Ava, about a year ago I decided to get in shape. I remember one day running across your own personal website and I was so impressed. Every now and than I fall of the wagon, but I do have some of your pictures and they get me back on track. It’s been amazing to see you grow, set your goals and accomplish what you have. Congratulations to you and keep it going. I’ll be cheering for ya!
