I struggle with getting my kids to exercise as well. That is why it is so important for me to succeed with my weight loss goals. There are a few video games that are more interactive that might get them up and moving. The WII has some but there are also some boxing and kick-boxing games that you just plug into your tv. you box against the opponent on the screen and it is an amazing workout. Then your kids get to play video games while they work out. I have also heard of people who setup an exercise bike that charges a battery that runs the tv. Then they have to exercise to be able to play games. Anyway, welcome to BB.com. Good luck, we are all behind you.

As the Aussies here say, "Good on ya!". Not exactly sure what it means, but it sounds positive. What branch is your son going in to?
