Diet plaease Help

Hey guys this is my current diet i was wondering if anyone could give me some help i have been losing lean mass for almost a month now at a steady rate and don’t know how to stop it i seem to be consuming enough to what i read and what i can stomach. Dinner is an underestimate due to father-in-law cooking and would be pretty insulted if i said no but large portion of meat or fish with lots of vegies and potatoe, sweet potatoe, pasta or brown rice so in the end not to bad he is just a fan of olive oil but goes easy on mine any help would be awesome.

honestly i’m thinking of doing a half cycle of suss next year around april what is the safest way to do it and was wondering if any one has had experience with it. I know it means hard workout and can no longer be known as natural and many will look down on me and call it cheating!

Failure

Today’s workout said it all one month of hurdles and i failed the test i let it get to me and bring me done every wieght struggled with the wieghts, the form and was cheating myself and my gym partner. i have backed off i don’t know why all i know is i’m pissed that i did this. FUC!K IT! never again from tonight foot to the floor and when it gets hard go harder.

Although i haven’t been happy with how my physical progress has been going this week has had some high’s my training partner and i went and got our body fat tested this is my second time as i had it measured 6 weeks ago. I have put on 3 kgs which isn’t much but i also lost .9% bodyfat so i’ve gained over 3.5kg’s of lean weight it may not seem much but it’s a big gain for me and for it being so clean it feels as if the past 6 weeks of being anal over my diet counting calories and forcing myself to eat when i wasn’t in the mood paid off. The pain at the gym has also returned with some good results with me deadlifting 130 kg’s (around 280lbs) for 12 reps a personal record while being complimented on my strict form by two very experienced trainers just makes it feel that bit sweeter that i’m doing it right. although i have now got the flu and thinking legs might be getting missed this week but i’ll make up for it next week.
