Hmm, not sure how serious you are about these 90 days but I can tell you this. When I was prepping for my comps,I had to become anti social and not attend events because I knew I would have temptations, I needed to stay on schedule with my own diet times, and I needed plenty of sleep. It's up to you to go - but you have to make it a definite decision what you are going to do about that food before you even go: eat before you arrive and stay away from the food table, only have one drink and one appetizer, or something like that. But make a plan, believe in the plan, and follow through. You want to prevent regrets!

I usually stop eating 1-2 hours before bed. Any longer than 3-4 hours and you're going to lose muscle mass. It's a fine line....

I know exactly how you feel about the yoga. As you know, in my blog post I swapped Cardio X for Yoga X and I found the Cardio X has just enough Yoga in it to challenge me, yet allows me to complete the whole workout. Cardio X has yoga, plyo, and kenpo in it so it gives you a great all around workout.

The important stuff to do every week are the strength training sessions. The cardio stuff like Yoga X, Kenpo, Cardio X, and Core Synergistics can be swapped and interchanged with each other and are a supplement to the weight training stuff we do in P90X.
