Yesterday overall was great, but it had highs and lows.
When I came home I was absolutely exhausted.Â I had no energy or enthusiasm to get moving and have my workout.Â I drug myself onto the elliptical machine and had a very non-inspired warm-up.Â While I was stretching I changed the channel and the "Last 10 pounds Bootcamp" was on.Â That show gave me the motivation I needed.Â The rest of my workout was inspired!!Â Â I completed chest (flat and decline presses), shoulders (shrugs) and triceps (dips) lifts.
My nutrition was on track as well.Â I had 7 meals over the course of the day.Â This included an additional evening snack.Â If I hadn't had it I would have gone to bed hungry ... and lets say that wouldn't work!!Â
