Starting Over …

The past couple weeks haven’t been my best fitness wise … I was at a conference for a week and then with Canada Day and this past weekend hosting guests, I’m dreading stepping back on the scale. Nacos and beer isn’t exactly the kind of fuel I need!!
I’m going to follow a circuit training routine written up by Cory Everson and published in Muscle & Fitness in the mid-90’s. Hopefully it is the kind of kick-start that gets me going again.
Following that, I’ll be going on a 3 week camping vacation. My plan includes biking for 2 to 3 hours a day so that should keep / get me back into shape.
