After Body For Life …

After completing the Body for Life challenge at the start of February I made the classic mistake …
I ate and ate and just to make sure, I ate some more … I managed to put on 5 lbs in the course of a week!!! Not to worry though, I have things under control again.
My plans over the next couple weeks are to determine my nutrition requirements to maintain my weight. I’ll then start increasing my calorie intake to gain lean, quality muscle mass using a 4 day a week program outlined in the January edition of Muscle & Fitness.
Anyhoo, I should get going …
