After workout- Day one HIIT

Cheesy- afterworkout

Okay- WOW. I got back from the gym not too long ago- and OMGosh- I am exhausted. I don’t know if I even did it right- but let me tell you it kicked my arse! haha Here is what I did- I got on the Elliptical- set the Resistance thingy to 4, and started off kind of slow to warm up. I warmed up for about 3 minutes I think. And then I kicked the intensity up to 6 and went at it hard for 2 minutes. Back down to 4 for 30 seconds. Back up to 7 for 2 minutes. Back down to 4 for 30 seconds back up to 7 again for 2 minutes. Back down to 4 for 30 seoconds. Back up to 8 for 2 minutes. Down to 4 for 30 seconds. Up to 9 for 2 minutes and back down to 4 for 30 seconds… And one last time back up to 9 for 2 minutes. [About 20 minutes]. Then I continued for another 10 minutes at 5 -but at steady speed- just ging normally. By the time 20 minutes was up though I thought my lungs were going to come out -LOL I almost just stopped at the 20 minutes- but I really wanted to get in 30 minutes of cardio. I still dead some leg weights afterwards- not many just a couple- then I showered and got back to work- but best workout I think I have ever had… If I’m not doing something right- please let me know -or what I should do instead! Input is welcome!

Just joined BB…

Me wt oxygen mag

Today is Tuesday July 29th. I joined BB in hopes of transforming my body

 and becoming a healthier happier version of me. One with a great physique

too of course wouldn’t hurt. I have become addicted to going to the gym-

while I only go mon-fri.But caompared to the lazy a$$ I use to be- couch

 potato who watched old movies and vegged out all the time- LOL I think

I have improved quite a bit. I am an Atkins girl- and have done this the

past couple of years- going off of it I do regain my weight- but right now

 this is what works for me- and I know it is a Lifestyle- a lifetime commit-

ment not a dash to the finish line- I do eat a lot of salad though and I do

occasionally eat double fiber wheat bread which actually has less carbs.

I try to do Atkins- but healthily. I have heard a lot of grief over Atkins

though- but like I said this is what works for me. But I do want to gain

 muscle as well- and I have heard that your body needs some carbs to

build that muslce- so I need to do a little research and see what I can do

- b/c my body gains weight very quickly. I lost 10 pounds within the first

two weeks- and if I occasionaly add back carbs here and there [true they

 are bad carbs]- my body responds very negativley towards them- I will

get bloated and have problems with my stomach for the few days after-

wards.. But when I stick to my diet plan and exercise I truly feel amazing…

So I am hoping to gain some knowledge from this site to help me acheive

 the beautiful althetic body I know is inside me somewhere.

Okay well enough blogging -I’m headed to the gym!
