Dahhhhmn!
Monday, October 8th, 2007I have been SUCH a slacker I swear. I’ve HAD to take the last 2 months off due to my shoulder. But now that I am back in the gym, its hard to get back to it!! I want it, but the damage done to my shoulder took a little of my wind
It slowly coming back.
My diet has still been good, I haven’t gained any weight, In fact I’ve lost weight and gained tone. How outstanding is that.
As far as my lifts go tho, I will have to keep on a light weight until my shoulder has healed 100% and I hate that. I love to lift as heavy as I can, and the light shit bugs me to no end.
Oh well, I’m back and that’s what really matters.
