Finally broke it…

I was stuck at 200 lbs. for weeks…and finally today it broke…it’s just a pound down, but that makes all the difference. The platue has been broken and I should lose another…oh…10 pounds or so with-in the next 2 weeks anyway! And maybe another 6% bodyfat.

 

Who’s the man!!

Who knew…

Well, I did know, but the urge to push on keeps you from remebering sometimes.

A new diet and hardcore exercise program will drain you. I took almost a week off, fuffed a tiny bit on the diet and now I feel 100% better.

Working a 5-6 day routine and only taking 1 or 2 days off is not the greatest. Even for us hardcore people. It takes way too much out of you and leaves you open to colds and flus.
  This is hard for us, taking that time off, we feel like slackers and whimps, but nothing kicks your ass like a low calorie low fat high impact routine that takes A LOT out of you. Compound that with Spring time allergies and a minor headcold and you are down for the count. I kid you not.

I haven’t lifted in a week almost and it is screaming at me to come back. Yesturday I went and ran 3 miles, did some conditioning on abs and some minor leg work…it felt wonderful, refreshing even.

BUT, as of next week I will have a routine of two on and one off. Although the routine will be a bit different…

Chest and Back…Arms and legs…and so forth… a little more hardcore.

I didn’t gain any weight while I took that time off to recoup, but still, once you turn into a gym junkie….there is no turning back.

It calls to me even in my sleep.

I am SO freakin tired!

What is up with that? I have been hittin it hard, but this is rediculous. I am freakin tired. I could have slept ALL day.

I’m not sure if it is the lack of carbs or sugars or fat, or what? But I am beat!!

Does anyone have some good advice for a good and healthy pick-me-up?

So, I started this comp. diet two weeks ago now, and really boosted my cardio. I’d say a good 10 pounds has fallen off.

I’m doing a lot of conditioning routines, for like my legs and such. Trying to get my stamia up, for endurance. I’m strong as an ox. I will say I feel as though I really need to intensify my workouts a little more. I don’t feel sore in place I feel I ought too?

I guess we’ll see where things go next week. I have a goal set for Friday and by god, I’m gonna get there!

So, I said that I was serious about getting this whole thing going on the right track, and I think I have done just that.

I got a hold of this KICK A** personal trainer, her name is Fiona, I know her from the gym I work out at. WOW, she is ROCKIN my world. I’m tellin ya!
We’re doing almost the same workouts that I was doing, but a little differently. She is showning me how to move certain parts of my body while I’m lifting and BOY! has it made a diffence in just 2 sessions with her!!
   I have muscles talking to me that haven’t before, and I can see the difference in my body in just a few days. I am SO friggin Physched!!!!!!!
   I have also changed up my diet and that has seriously helped as well, I am burning more and eating more than I was. But smaller portions, YES, it really really works. And I am not so hungry throughout the day. BUT if I miss a meal, I am STARVING!!
    I am also doing my cardio everyday. EVERYDAY! I feel good, a bit sore and I am deffinately having my body talking to me. I’m liking what happening.

I’m working shoulders tomorrow…and I see Fiona again Monday and Thursday!!

I am SO AMPED!
