Abs!

Today was a good day at the gym… besides the fact that I was a little tired and reluctant to do any cardio, but I pushed myself to run a mile with intervals then 15 minutes on the cycle also with intervals.  Loving the sweat ;)

Abs are by far my favorite body part to work which is also why they are ahead of every other body part on my body.  I spent an hour doing abs and doing one lap around the indoor track between each set.

2 Sets Club 15

3 Sets 20 reps hanging leg raises

3 Sets 25 reps swiss ball crunches with 10# DB

3 Sets side plank 30 seconds each set

3 Sets plank 30 seconds each set

3 Sets  Double crunch

3 Sets 15 reps side crunch
