Abs!
July 23, 2007Today was a good day at the gym… besides the fact that I was a little tired and reluctant to do any cardio, but I pushed myself to run a mile with intervals then 15 minutes on the cycle also with intervals. Loving the sweat
Abs are by far my favorite body part to work which is also why they are ahead of every other body part on my body. I spent an hour doing abs and doing one lap around the indoor track between each set.
2 Sets Club 15
3 Sets 20 reps hanging leg raises
3 Sets 25 reps swiss ball crunches with 10# DB
3 Sets side plank 30 seconds each set
3 Sets plank 30 seconds each set
3 Sets Double crunch
3 Sets 15 reps side crunch
