LIFTING
Tuesday, March 18th, 2008Hey its been a few months since i posted one of these but oh wlel i think im going to start posting them more often for motivation and to keep my mind on what i have to do
last 2 months ive been struggling for motivation but ive joined my school gym again with a couple of mates only done a few days of it so far but im feeling pretty good about it, ive always thought working out with other people helps keep you motivated.
ive decided to work out 3 days at school and 1 at home * mon tues thurs at school*
even in these last few days i seem to feel better and in my mind look slightly bigger ( not as big as i was before i took a break though ) but im hoping the old gains will come back fast
ive still been bulking in the hope to reach 200lb+ by the end of the year before my cut … im really looking forward to then the 200lb mark will be awesome:)
