Its been a few days since my last blog entry. I have been on bodybuilding.com and have been interacting with some pretty amazing people and I look forward to the continual growth of my friends list. My stats are still pretty low for my bodyspace but thats ok. Those stats will continue to grow and I will continue to improve as well as reach out and inspire and motivate others as well as them doing the same for me. You can’t become a legend over night, it takes hard work, heart, and dedication. Thankfully I contain them all. The training has been going well and I am making tremendous progress towards my ultimate goals physically and athletically. I’ll have new progress pics up really soon. Make your disabilities your abilities. Transform what once broke you down and use that as fuel for your flame. Congrats to all of those who have overcome serious obstacles in there lives to obtain athletic and physical greatness. Continue to work hard and may this year be amazing for everyone.

Its a great morning and another day to get in a great workout. I hope everyone has an amazing workout today. Mornings aren’t my favorite. But I am slowly getting back into a groove of getting up earlier and starting my day off. The sun and the view is awesome this morning, but where I am it is still cold outside. Train hard and efficient. I am continuing to move one step closer to my goals and to reach legendary status.
