So everyone!!
Friday was the worst day of my whole entire life! My boyfriend of three years broke up with me- well he wanted a break…. he doesnt know if he wants to marrie me so he wants to be single- whatever- there is a homewrecker on his dick- might have something to do with it… so what do you all think- i cant be waiting for him- but would you take him back when the time comes???
Im excitted to date around and be a little crazy- i havent been single for awhile though so im kinda nervous too- like how do you let people who know you have a boyfriend that your now single??? maybe they like you!!
So im going to my first college halloween party- as guess what? Athena! =] its a frat party and my dress is a little sleezy so i hope it works out!
Im not going to let this effect my workout- i want to be twice as thin- twice as lean- and twice as sexy- i started tanning because lets face it im white- and i will start whitening my teeth when i get to 125 as a reward… im dying my hair a new color… what do you all think??
I promise ill take tons of pictures for you at the halloween party and then there will be many more to come!!!

So… This is my first Bodyblog!!
Im trying to come up with a new workout routine and diet. I need something to push me out of rut. I have some magazines i still need to go through and check things out of. I guess my biggest problem right now is that my eating times are off. I watch biggest loser all the time and like julian says "its a hormone game" so.. I feel i am doing a lot with the fitness half but i need the nutrition half to be in check. I dont eat poorly.. its just i dont have enough time in a day to make meals like i’de want to. So i started premaking snacks and dinners so while im at school i wont buy something i wouldnt make for myself. I really got to study nutrition in a way to improve for sports. Like I always have protein after a workout and go home and have some carbs. I need to know more things like this of what type of food to eat and when to eat it. Im very interested in this stuff.. i even want to major in nutrition. Which i feel makes me sound very stupid that i dont know this stuff already. I’ve only taken one offical nutrition class so far though and all we went over is carbs related to working out- mostly just running and the basics like your monosacchrides. I should get a book and go through it. I guess im just so stumped in learning my own body on what times of day and all that stuff would benefit me the most.
Any body has any advice- Ide apperciate it! =]
