Sorry it has been months and months and months since i have gotten back to most of you…i am in the Force, so naturally that is chaos in itself, but i have been Tdy for a long time, so basically you all are writing me back but i am not responding :( I know, I know, but if you are still interested in chatting with me, shoot me a new line and i promise that i will try to get back to you as soon as possible because i did have to end my mission cause i got hurt :(

anyways…as an update for my body…When i was Tdy i was definately doing alot of lifting and running in the sand and I had managed to drop 22 pounds in two months, which to me was very unhealthy in the beggining cause in normal life my weight loss goal would be about 10 to twelve pounds in two months…so i come back to germany to the hospital and all they are feeding me 3 times is bread basically so now I am back to 160 (which for my genetics and muscle build is fairly fit and good looking) but now my body fat is is skyrocketing through the roof…I want my goal weight to be about 150-155 with about a 15-20 % percent bodyfat, enough to get a leaner look while still maintaining a thickness, and just enough for my abs to peek through…If you are reading this right now can you give me some advice to make this process kick into gear while i am still hurt??? It is my right arm, but while i am recovering another three weeks, would it be a good idea to start kicking in the lower body?? I am just scared that i won’t recover correctly if i am constantly doing lower body workouts?

alright ladies and gents, i have finally built up enough courage to start having y’all critique my body. its hard for a women but i want honest feedback on what i can do to improve. I am still in the phase of cutting fat and building muscle, but if there is something i need to pay more attention to, or if you got any tips i would love to hear them. Be gentle, don’t say "your abs suck" and then not tell me why!  anything you have to say is important and i appreciate it. wouldn’t you love to tell somebody, "yeah on Body space i made this girl named Ashley’s ass grow two inches", wouldn’t you feel good or even great? lol, i’m listening!

BSN STACK

Okay y’all i need to know, who is using the bsn stack  cell mass, no xplode and syntha 6. How is it working for you? How are you gains, pumps, and body fat composition? I am just starting mine and i want some comments before i actually start really using them. Please let me know, also, has anybody takin lipo 6? if so how has it worked for you, any other tips i appreciate too!

i forgot to mention that i had a 8oz cup of chocolate milk and then 1 scoop of 23 grams protein powder in cold water as post workout carbs and protein

All supplements taken

breakfast: one cup of granola w/ almonds, raisins and cranberries

snack: 15 whole wheat kashi crackers w/ i can of tuna mixed with relish and one packet mayo

lunch: turkey breast on 2 100% whole wheat bread slices with side of salad (bacon bits and dressing-still working on that)

one tiny sliver of plum pie

Snack: one cup of fat free yorgurt mixed with 1/2 walnuts

dinner: 6 oz wild samon with peas and small serving of chicken alfredo (can’t really call it that because its mostly just cubed chicken, a few noodles, and carrots, and peas in thin sauce, (leftovers from other day)

Workout: Leg and butt day! :)

5 minute warm up on treadmill at 5.2 speed

100 good mornings with 18 pound weight

25 lunges on each leg with step (2 sets)

50 pile squats with 18 pound weight

100 lying butt bridges with 18 pound weight

side leg raises 50 each leg (no weight)

hip aduction and aductor machines both at 170 pounds first set then 135 pounds second set 50 total for each machine

cardio: 28 minutes of walking on treadmill at 15.0 incline at varrying speeds highest :3.9 lowest :1.7

Breakfast: protein pancakes (3) large and 2 slices of low sodium bacon

snack: 1 can of tuna drained mixed with one tbsp of mayo with one pickle with whole wheat kashi crackers

dinner: 1 turkey breast with 1 tbsp barbeque sauce 2 heaping handfuls of peas and 1 cup of instant mashed potatoes

snack: berry tea

Workout: No workout! :) rest day so i can be back to hittin it hard in the gym tommorrow!! ;)
