This Blog is going to be dedicated to my diet which start a month ago on 4/1/08, i’ve always been real big into weightlifting, and concerened about how I look in 7th grade I lost about 60 pounds which I eventually gained most of it back.

Today my nutrition went pretty well heres just 1 day of the many
10:00 3/4 egg whites, 1 egg 2 slices wheat toast .5 tbsp pnut butter= 370
12:00 1 chix n steak kabob=150
2:00 prtn shake=170
lacrosse game which set me back
6:00 8 slices turk=90 cal 1/2 sweet potatoe=150
7:30 1 cup blackberries 1 servin turkey= 150
went for a half hour run
8:30 4oz chix=200 1 cup fruit=300
thats how my diets going so far today not gona tottal it up because im still going but if anyone has any comments or advice i’d appreciate it thx.
Also im getting concerned that I might be losing muscle mass I just started taking creatine im lifting more than when I started dieting but I seem to be looking small maybe it’s do too the deficit of calories in my diet. Any ideas?
