LOL you're poor friend! You should have known to go easy on him, now he won't be able to work out for another week!
WONDERWOMAN! LOL That's my childhood hero and always will be. I have tons of the Wonderwoman comics and others too, some McFarlane figurines like Angela. Also enjoyed reading Heavy Metal mag for a while.

Wrestling and bodybuilding almost go hand in hand. How many comedian bodybuilders do you know? Of course true bodybuilders really dont have time to tackle other things, damn eating schedules, but for the casual lifter (me) I feel that theres needs to be a more well-rounded lifter. Someone who expands their muscles as much as their mind. It does not have to be drastic. What if this so called lifter has an interest in animals, but feels he cant pursue that because his lifting schedule is too cumbersome. Well then, that person should buy a book about his interest in animals. That is a poor analogy, but still it sets a point. Ive been looking at blogs and most just talk about their day at the gym. Pretty boring to me. Ex: Well I went to the gym did some hardcore arms, im talking 5 sets of 12 on the barbell curl, then some hammer curls and then some concentration curls, then for a burnout on machine curls... My arms are thrashed.... Most of us know that this work out is hard, because some of us do it, why do I want to hear it from another person. I think people should write in their blogs to inspire other people to become better individuals as well as lifters...
