Long time no post. Uhhh Basically Ive been losing weight and battling a back injury. So thats my life in a nut shell. I get in art shows, make work, work, work out and then go sleep. Well then… er uh… SPAGETT!!!

so while most of you people on bodybuilding have goals, I dont know what mine are, mines a little different other than lifting weights. Sure its great, but listen, Im a painter, illustrator, partier, while most of you hardcore guys are living the life at the gym Im doing alot more than just lifting weight. Im living life, thats not say bodybuilding isnt a life, but when you here the sacrifices some of these people make to be strong and the best they can be. Sometimes I want to settle for just being able to do 300lbs on the t-bar row, at least I can sustain that without it impending on my lifestyle as a contemporary artist, Maybe Im upset because no one will hire for a job. I dont know what it is, but no money for protein, barely enough to get gas, Im living the dream of starving artist. Any one what commisions done, I can do them, $150 a portrait, want a design done, I dont know what to charge on that, but Ill figure it out. Had a pretty baller as arm workout, my arms are swollen, maybe once I get some time Ill kick my cardio in. who knows the worlds got a place for me, you will see, I may not be on the cover a magazine, but Ill be in a gallery or a limousine.

FREAKING A!!! I JUST HAD AN AWESOME BACK WORKOUT, Imagine this. 8, 25 lb plates on a t bar row. I do six BAM!!! My partner takes a plate of, I do six more BAM! He takes off another plate, do another six BAM! takes off another plate. I do this till I have nothing but the bar left, and that bar felt like a million pounds. Seriously I just couldnt even move it. My back feels great. Now I need to start incorporating my deadlift regime, its going to be awesome. Im going to do copious amounts of drugs… Because thats how I roll…. kidding..

anyway, if you guys like funny show, you check out lance kralls’ "free radio". He is the bomb, I missed it this weekend, hopefully Ill see it later. I like to look around Bodybuilding and see what people do, it actually inspires me to work out, actually what really inspires me is seeing the greats do a work out, because Im like HELL YEAH LETS GO LIFT SOME WEIGHTS. I can pretty much gurantee my results are dampened by poor diet, its not that its poor, but lacking in protein, I just cant afford to buy meat all the time, and tuna oh man that stuff is like forcing me to puke. Im broke, looking for a job and protein is so darn expensive. And I wished I had a freaking workout partner, that really grinds my gears, I feel like a lift more when I have someone saying have one more in, but then again lifting is a solo act as well…. Has anyone ever used TOBands, those elastic resistance bands, and if so are they any good, also, so will any of you guys give me a pair. That would be swell. Im not going to talk about my workout or whatever, because well thats boring. We all know what a workout is like, I mean come on, here let me describe one for you. So I lifted some weights it was hard, not as hard as I usually do, I am going to be sore tommorow. Well there you go I just described a workout. NOW SUCK IT UP!!!

Does it matter if I take ISOlate protein pre and post workout? the way I figure as long as I have some protein in my system is better than none, plus isolate taste so much better and I got this brand that is so much cheaper, I dont think I can double up on two different proteins on my income.

But seriously I think the only reason a guy lifts weights is to get the opposite sex. I mean many ladies are attracted to the muscular physiques. Hey listen Im not saying I dont like lifting weights, I love it. But who doesnt love the ladies… this guy does. He gives all the sweet ladies out there a two thumbs up.. Anyhow, tommorow will be better, with my shoulder workout. alright….

so I worked out with my bro yesterday, I was doing a mix between cardio and weight lifting and then I puked… Which looked like a mix between water and peptobismol… THANKS strawberry protein shake… anyhow Im kicking up my cardio to 45 mins starting tommorow… time for the big losses to occur

I have been working out non stop since I got back, I want to get my cardio up and be able to do an 8 minute mile soon. This phase will slow down once I find a job, which is proving a little hard since the moving phase has left my resume somewhere in an abyss of art supplies and papers, that I have yet to fully sort through. Im going to to friends house to do some lifting, Im hoping to get some good chest lifts and do some cardio lifting to burn more fat. Have any of you guys seen Arnold in the movie Junior. My god it was ridiculous. I dont care what you guys think arnold when he was not ripped he just looked goofy, I think its they way they combed over his hair. I dont know anyways… Any supplements out there worth checking out, or anyone know of any places that you can get like gakic or NO xplode for ridiculously cheap prices? Because I have other things I have to spend my money on before I spend it on supplements, like painting and drawing materials. Video games, thats a great past time. What do you guys do on your off time from eating and working out. Oh OH OH OH questions…. any supplements that I should stay away from, like ones that may give you explosive diarrhea. Because I have encountered such things and would like to veer away from such supplements… give me a holla back and send me some good luck charms or some viagra…. I mean uhhhhh…

Today is another grand day to lift some hardcore poundage, too bad I dont have enough weight to actually do that. I dont feel like driving 40 minutes to do it either, so we will take advantage of my friends basement again and deal with the minor inconvenience of not having all the stuff required to get a great workout. it will be a good workout nonetheless. Then Ill probably sit around and go to some blind contour self portraits, because lets face it, Im that baller of an artist. For some of you gym freaks who dont have any other hobbies than to make your muscles big, you should try it sometime, its a great escape from lifting weights. You ever act like Arnold when you are at the gym. We are talking all out Arnold voice and extraneous yells and so forth, its quite funny to see what other people do when you act like the OAK.

but seriously he is… Any ways I have bad knees to the point where it is almost painful to bend my knee past 70 degrees. Does anyone have any leg work outs that could improve strength and definition without jeopardizing my legs anymore than they have to. I mean Ill do the workout that hurts them, but any suggestions on improving upon the situation I have…
