<p>I took a few years off as i lost my gym due to a whacked out partner and was diagnosed with an auto immune disease prob RA which left me crippled for the last year.</p>
<p>I am now on some meds that allow me to live again so have started at the bottom lifting again.</p>
<p>My progress is as follows.</p>
<p>I gained about 14 lbs in the last 2 weeks lifting light (getting my inflamed joints used to  it) but intense and taking only 1 protein shake a day and 5 grams creatine.</p>
<p>tuna, yougurt, avacados, banannas, milk is my diet with one cheat day which I had a Burger King dbl whopper w/cheese&#8230;1090 cal&#8230;OMG</p>
