Welcome!
Hello all,
I took a few years off as i lost my gym due to a whacked out partner and was diagnosed with an auto immune disease prob RA which left me crippled for the last year.
I am now on some meds that allow me to live again so have started at the bottom lifting again.
My progress is as follows.
I gained about 14 lbs in the last 2 weeks lifting light (getting my inflamed joints used to it) but intense and taking only 1 protein shake a day and 5 grams creatine.
tuna, yougurt, avacados, banannas, milk is my diet with one cheat day which I had a Burger King dbl whopper w/cheese…1090 cal…OMG

Well tomorrow Im going to try to post my training and food intake for those of you that care…NOT.
8 weeks of training has put me 15 lbs heavier and filled my body out again.
Now at 181 lbs, want to get to a hard 210.
I had taken off about a year and decided to get back into it hardcore.
I am studying for my Personal Trainer cert with ACE and plan on doing this full time.
Your body is your buisness card so got to look good.

When looking at my stats from the beginning understand that I had lost some size due to inactivity and put my old measurements.
Since then I have become more dedicated and changed my state of mind.
I was also measureing, forearms shoulders wrong. I also measured after lifting. So I will now do it correctly as to track my progress.
So as of today 8/5/07 these are my current unflexed unpumped measurements
