As some of you may have seen, Ron Avidan, Lonnie Teper and myself have been doing "The Experts" predictions. We have fun with it and most of the time we’re all wrong. This time around Ron picked the right winner with Victor Martinez, but this was only because LT and I convinced him Luke Wood wouldn’t be a strong choice. Check out the recap after the prejudging as we freeze our butts off in Columbus.

We’ll two out of the three winners ain’t too bad. I called Iris Kyle and Mary Lado for victory but missed on the Adela victory. (I still think Adela should have won, but hey that’s for another time). Any who contrats to all the ladies and to the winners of their respective disciplines.

A big shout out to my Colorado girl, Heather Policky, for placing THIRD in her first Arnold showing. A pro victory and placing third behind two Olympia champs, not too shabby. We brought you Heather’s pre-contest photos and videos here EXCLUSIVELY on bodybuilding.com.

I leave bright and early Thurs morn for Columbus, where I’ll be emceeing the Arnold Classic again, as well as the just established NPC Arnold. It should be a fun–and weary!–weekend. I’m going to tell Russdaddy that it’s my birthday again to see if I can squeeze out another free meal.
As you can see in "The Experts" video below, I’m going with The Blade, Dexter Jackson, to make it a three-peat in Columbus. Yogi says it will be Vic the Brick Martinez, Isaac is going with the new kid on the block, Phil (The Thrill) Heath.
As usual, I will prove who the number one Swami in the industry is. Stay tuned.
