Hey All-
I am one of the few gals stilll sticking with fitness…and always will, even if the rest of them switch over to figure I will always be fitness.
One of a handful from Canada, training is going well, routine is done, and dieting is great as one can expect.
The Arnold is going to be a blast and I will be hanging out at the MD Booth so you can drop by there.
So excited to be returning once again. This is my favorite show of the year.
