How does Trey Brewer measure up?
Ron and I interviewed 21 year old, Trey Brewer. Yes, this kid is only 21! He was recently featured on a magazine cover and signed a deal with BSN. He let us know what his competition plans are and when he’ll be competing next. He claims his arms are 23" but are they? See how they measure up on this video interview:

if he can stay healty 2 reach 25 yrs old; u know wat i mean by healty? in body building u cant gro 2 fast most guys who grew like trey so fast so young never made it they burned out .so trey alot of eyes are on you .just keeping it real.good luck trey on tour journey

Trey Brewer Is not only huge, he seems like a nice guy as well. I hope he’s looked after by the BSN guys, he looks like he could go all the way.

I met Trey at the 2007 Europa, he was a pretty nice guy and more than willing to answer your questions.

I just saw Trey Brewer in a new health & fitness book, showing perfect form for weight training. They guy knows his stuff. The book is dedicated to his training - the author has been with Daniel Stuckart about as long as Trey - he is smaller but ripped - (and 50 yrs old)

this ages and this weight is truely incredible. the guy has amazing genetics, khows how to train and what supplements to take and he eat s***t loads. Good luck to him i think he will go far if he keeps up this effort. Sas
