Anyone know of a good exercise to build up a torn rotator cuff??? I injured mine a while back and the damn thing is hurting once again:(

Been watching EVERYTHING i eat for the last 2 months, and Ive lost a lot of weight everywhere but my stomach. I work abs 3 times a week, along w/ cardio. Could I be over working them??
