i feel like the biggest shit bag because of my chain of command, for those who dont know in the army you take a physical fitness test and you pass or fail there is no gray section. Well there supose to give you a warning (well not so much a warning) they just tell you ahead of time so you wont do what i did and end up failing your test, normaly the warning is 12-24 hrs in advance as for me it was 5 1/2 hrs notice. Well like i said i got a 5 1/2 hr warning right after i got to my room from the gym i just ran 4 miles and mucle failer on chest abs and shoulders i was beat and soaked from head to to and this is how they gave me the notice " hey ramirez wow looks like you killed your self at the gym o well just wanna tell you to be at the gym at 430 for you pt test hope your ready". Man i was so pissed i even asked what happend to the 12-24 hr notice and his excuse was o well it just came up, up till this point in my carear in the army i have had no less then a weeks notice for a pt test. Needless to say after this pt test im beeing treated as the biggest shit bag in the compiny, i hit the gym almost every day and all of a suddin they want someone to go with me beacuse it makes no since to them why if im gong to the gym i would fail a pt test. What gets me the most is i go and run 4 miles or more and i have my sgt’s telling well if you realy run that much you could be ok to take a pt test, then the person they got to go to the gym with me is someone who is a constant pt test failer who just barly passed barly passed i mean by minimal standerds. I told my sgt that im gonna quit gong to the gym beacuse i dont wanna be supprised with a pt test he laughed and said well you dont need to stop IF you realy are gong to the gym….. i need some encouragement or something beacuse im not getting it here i just wanna quit, this is the first pt test i have ever faild…..

what is the quickest way to lose 3% body fat im still hitting the gym hard and im gonna continue i just need to lose 3% fast im sure theres realy not a quick way to do this but anyways i thought i would ask hope to hear fome someoen

I have been at this for about two weeks and i know that it takes more time then that to get the rsults i want, but im not the type of person to wate around i want resulst now. Im not feeling good beacuse i feel like i should be pusihgn my self faster, harder.

well im needing help i have been useing the muscletech nano vapor gakic hardcore lukic hardcore beacuse i did research couldnt fine much on the questions i had for it but did what i could and i liked what people had to say about it and now my ssg took me aside and told me to "stop takeing that crap" he was telling me that its not gong to help me with my goal’s of loseing bf and ganing muscle i have only been on it almost a month and i like what it does for me but now heres the question can anyone out there help me let me know if im stupid or what if this isnt what im supose to be takeing then well what do i need to take o yea and this last question is for people in the army deploied i relay dont know how to eat right being deploied defac’s dont really surve the most healthest foods and when your on mission’s mre’s are not that helthy can someone please help with both of those

its amazeing how one broken peace of equpment can destroy ones motivation for instance the last blog i just put up on here the same scale’s i used at the gym on last monday i used on friday and they showed i ganed 12 lbs in just a week that killed me beacuse i was makeing awsome progress. i went into the gym thismorning and i decided to get on the scale to check it showed i was back to 215 actuly it showed that i lost a lb from last monday as soon as i got off the scale the manager came out and said that he had just had the scales calabrated not even an houre be for i got to the gym beacuse he was haveing people complain that both of his scales were off i was happy atleast i know where im actuly at ya see i dont just take what the first scale says i zero it out and try again 3 times then if they have an electric scale i go to it after wards and take two readings that way i have 4 and i compair them so what are the chances that two scales are messed up at the same time anywyas im currently trying to lose 40 lbs im doing a good job so far when i got to iraq i was at 227lbs i have lost 10 lbs since i have been here and that is not since i have been in the gym i just actuly started going to the gym about two weeks ago i figgured theres two things i can do here besides the improtant stuff im doing just sleep in my room and get fatter or hit the gym and boost my energy leavels so you can tell what i decided to do well if anyone has any helpful hints or something they think i might benifit from please let me know

kinda disapointed this morning when i woke up last night i was at the gym and i was lifting pritty good i decided to go get on the scale and see what i was at since i m trying to bulk up and slim down at the start of this week i checked and i was at 215 and last night i checked again and man i was disapointed i was at 227 i have been trying to forget about it since i just started working out like two weeks
