I love the foam roller! I sometimes get back pain after hyperextensions or deadlifts and it goes away after using the foam roller. I'm not really sure how to use it on other body parts though hmmmn

I had something similar with my wrist from of all things, bowling. It got so bad that just by slightly moving my wrist it would feel like it popped out of place, and I had no strength at all.

I ended up going to a chiropractor, and two visits had it staying in place. But I now wear a wrist guard when lifting AND bowling.

Sounds like you either strained or sprained the ligaments in your wrist. Next time you do it, wrap the wrist with an ace bandage when you lift. Lift lighter than normal, but it should still allow you to work at least a little bit through the injury.

Sometimes overdoing it is just right. Sometimes.

Try Clif Builders Bars. They don't have any processed sugars and are a great tasting cheat snack. You eat one and you'll feel like you are doing something wrong..but you aren't. It's a good thing.

More times than not, they are around a dollar too, so that requirement is met.
