seated military press (behind head) 12, 10,8,6
arnold presses 12, 10, 8, 6
standing side lats 15, 12, 10, 8
upright row 12, 10, 8, 6
to finish, a superset with:
seated bent over lats 4x 10 & standing front raises 10, 8, 6, 4
