					<description>hell week is something ShanBL does periodically and I decided to take the challenge and try it out...the pushups--you just keep doing them till you get to 500...you gotta break it up and take little rests of course, that's why it took me 1.5 hrs!...the squats..same thing, and NO you don't use weight for it!  you should try it out :)</description>
