Hell week stats
Monday: 500 pushups 1hr 39 mins
Tuesday: 1000 squats 1hr
Thurs: 250 pullups (assisted) 30 mins…various weight, did as many as I could each time at one weight, then added more "assist" to it..after 50 I was questioning whether I could make it to 250 assisted even..my arms were hurting already..but I made it!

WHAT??? Explain what this hell week is (I guess I should go look through your blogs to see if you mention it)! Are you serious! You did pushups for 1.5 hours? HOW THE HELL DID YOU DO THAT?? And 1000 squats?? At what weight? OMG I want to throw up just reading that. GIve me more details please, I like the way you work!

hell week is something ShanBL does periodically and I decided to take the challenge and try it out…the pushups–you just keep doing them till you get to 500…you gotta break it up and take little rests of course, that’s why it took me 1.5 hrs!…the squats..same thing, and NO you don’t use weight for it! you should try it out

So did you do them all on your toes or did you do some on your knees? Inquiring minds want to know!

all on my TOES–no knees allowed! …and I’m shocked I could do that many since I normally never do pushups..
