Cycling off my beloved SuperPump250.. :(

…well since this is the first supplement I have ever taken, I have no experience with cycling off of them and I need some suggestions on how to get thru it and still get my workouts in…why am I cycling off of it you ask?…I have been using it now for about 4-5 months and feel it’s time to take a break from it… I have been using it pretty much everyday…in fact, I even stopped drinking coffee in the morning and have been using Superpump instead since I can’t stand coffee without sugar (the real stuff-I don’t use the artificial stuff) and creamer…soooo….I am wondering if any of you have tips, suggestions, info on this subject…I have questions…such as, should I just try to avoid all caffeine for 2 weeks (or longer) to fully "reset" my adrenal glands…I’m a little scared to do that because yesterday was my first day without any Superpump and my workout seemed to suffer…it was shoulder/tricep yesterday and normally working shoulders is my favorite workout, but midway thru I noticed that I didn’t have my usual mojo and had to work harder to keep my intensity up for the workout…I made it thru but that was only day 1….another question…how long does it take to cycle off something like this..I was thinking 2 weeks, but should it be more like 4 weeks?…thanks, any personal experience stories, info, suggestions on this are appreciated :)

I alternated between Superpump and White Flood. So you are always on something and your body never gets used to one product or the other.

I am also a fellow SP 250 user. I love it too! I ran my first cycle for 2 months and I cycled off for 1 month. Now I’m back on it again. I went cold turkey and I had horrible headaches for the first week or so, but I figured out I was getting basically no caffeine at all, so I drank coffee while I was off of it to help with the headaches. I noticed a dip in intensity as well, but my body adjusted. The good news is that this time around back on the 250, I feel even more jacked than the first time!

ooooh I hope I don’t get headaches..that hasn’t happened yet…so it worked twice as well the second time for you huh?..do you plan to keep doing that, 2 months on, 1 off?

Shan…I’m gonna have to try WHite Flood..for now I’m just trying to figure out how long I can go without anything, as long as I have the energy to get good workouts in…

i am currently taking SP250 and it is definitely giving me the energy to get through my workout pretty good. Any supplement I take though, seems to digest very slowly. I have to take it at least about 1 hour before I workout. I do enjoy the effects, however after i get through this container I am going to try to not use anything except whey/casein protein and occasionally ON Glycomaize. I’ll do that for about 3-4 weeks and then I think I am going to try Animal Cuts for a fat burner.

I have never used fat burners…I have been lucky enough to find ways to break my plateaus so far without them…
