…at the gym today I think I went to a whole new level…I have wanted to venture into the pre-workout supplements for a while now, just haven’t done it until this week…I got a sample of Cytonox (like Superpump 250) and used it before my arm workout…wow it really boosts your focus, strength, everything…just like they say…here’s what it helped me do:
Bench Press 5X10
Incline Flyes 4X10
Cable Crossover 4X10
Decline DB Press 4X10
Upright Rows 4X10
Military Press 3×10
Seatd DB Press 4×10
DB Front Raises 4X10
Lateral Raises 4X10
Bench Dips 4×10, 10, 8, 8
Tricep Kickbacks 2×10…my arms were so tight by this point I had to stop…they haven’t ever felt as worked as they did today!
*the only bad thing about taking the supplement was that I was soo pumped to workout that I felt like everyone driving in front of me was in slow motion and I just wanted them out of my way so I could get to the gym!!….oh, and a girl almost hit me in the foot because she threw her dumbells down after her set, they came less than an inch from landing on my foot and I guess since I was so wound up I thought for a minute about asking her to step outside so we could have a talk, if you know what I mean
..lol…but she did say sorry, and didn’t actually hit me so I had to just chill out…but that got me to thinking about what if she did drop one on my foot, those were 30 lbs or something…if I hurt my foot and couldn’t do cardio…I so would have had to kill her!
