					<description>Ha! I totally feel your cookie regrets. I am still trying to ward off chocolate. It's like I've got this horrible addiction, and I can't shake it...Working on it though. Nice job on the 50 lbs. barbell! I did rows with 25lbs dumbbells, and felt like I was going to drop one on my foot! But really that is the only way to feel soreness with rows, is to go a bit heavier. Happy New Year!</description>
