I sux at keeping a blog … ok … so my mass program is over … and I need to take pictures … but i will say this … i definately feel the difference when I’m not on the stuff … i went and hit tri’s and bi’s hard monday night and i am still sore and am feeling that all over body soreness that comes with working out super duper hard. I’m thinking about finding another set or program … i didn’t reach my goal of 180 … (granted totally unreasonable) but i did come close with 177 … So i still gained 10 lbs in 21 days … not too bad … plus my strength went up on every excercise. sooo …

Today was leg day. I used a free pass to go to LA Fitness to enjoy my workout. I did squats and found out that i cant add worth shit. I thought i had topped out at 225 last week … NOPE … i topped out at 205 … Math was never one of my strong points. So after realizing that I had to at least touch 225 … and i did … 4 on 225 … not too bad … even though i thought i had already crossed that mantle. oh well … their other equipment wasnt as good as lifetime fitness … and the variety was lacking a whole bunch. That paired with the salesman being up my ass made for a yucky review. All in all a decent workout. Wasnt able to do roman deadlifts because my workout partner has a bad back … and he doesnt want to sit and learn how to do anything that may aggravate it. which is ok by me. I can understand pain … to an extent. I feel strong … I feel a bit larger … i dont want to weigh myself yet … and dont want to take a ny progress pics until the last day … shoulder tomorrow …

Ah ha ha. I love Back and and Chest day. LOVE IT!!!!! Went all out on back and then jumped on the assisted chip up machine until i couldn’t do anything else. Loved it!!!! And then burned my chest out on the fly machine … LOVE IT !!!!!! Too bad today was the last day of my freebie for Lifetime fitness … Oh well.

Went back to Lifetime fitness for my friday workout. Trying to use my free 7 day pass to the most i can. I did Biceps, Triceps, and Abs today. It was great. I have to be very careful not to overdo it though. I noticed as I sped around the curve at 630 (got there a little after 5) that I wasnt tired. Sure I was going to the point that I could only get 5 reps on the last workout of whatever weight I was doing at the time, but I was able to recover in the time it took me to go through the other muscle and come back (bi, tri, abs, repeat). I forced myself to leave at 7 and some change, which was sad. I wasnt tired, sore or fatigued. DAMN I LOVE SUPPLEMENTS!!!!! BUt I have to remain smart and keep from over training. In the past I worked with 25 (30 on a good day) for my dumbell bicep curl, but I was doing 40’s last night. LOVE IT! !!!!For a 21 day system I have one more workout (shoulders) for me on Sunday and then I will start again. I have yet to miss a day on the supplements and I would like to think that the added animal pak is doing wonders along with the other stuff. That and the Glutamine. So far … VERY NICE> Feeling strong, working strong, getting better.

Awesome …. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Went to Lifetime fitness and worked out this evening. Haven’t squatted in forever … so imagine my surprise when i stubbornly push through the fourth rep, look over, and notice that I just did 205. HA in your face Tony Robins !! Calf raises, leg extensions, roman deadlifts, and some lunges were thrown in for good measure. All in all a VERY good workout!! I cant wait to workout again tomorrow. I would like to say that the supplements are working so far and I have no complaints … though I do have to drink lots of water, especially with the Animal Pak. There’s no other choice really. COTTON MOUTH !!!! I also picked up the Vitamin Shoppe version of weight gainer and am now taking that. Getting 600 - 800 calories per serving 53 - 69 grams of protein with each serving. Granted I’m sure everyone (or rather anyone reading this) would know about the weight gainers. Either way. Bottom Line ….. Awesome Workout. I love squats but hate doing them on a smith machine. Anyone else? Ok sorry. Awesome workout.

Flys 2 10, 10 2 -3 Minutes Controlled 2-1-3
Seated Rows 2 10, 10 2 -3 Minutes Controlled 2-1-3
When I return home i Plan on doing a couple more push-ups and pull-ups. So far my back is mildly sore, and my chest is tight. I had a slight discomfort in the right side of my lower back, but after rubbing on some Tei-fu (like icy-hot) and the discomfort has since subsided. Working out last week I had sworn that I torqued my left wrist. Right after my workout I applied some Tei-fu to my left wrist and hoped for the best. The next day my wrist sure enough was sore; my right. I had no idea that my right had been in any kind of discomfort and yet here it was sore and my left wrist was free and clear. Weird. So, today, feeling the same sort of issue I have rubbed a generous amount on the right portion of my lower back and will again hope for the best. Per the workout guidelines I dont workout again until Wednesday.

Alright, I start my Mass System program on Monday 8/6 and thus have sorta prepped the stage. This round I will be taking a couple supplements. My first one that I will be taking (actually started yesterday) is Universals’ Animal Pak. So far I noticed that you get some serious cotton mouth about 45 minutes after taking all the pills. BTW I’m only taking on pack this time around. on Monday I will start taking T3, Aminovol, and Anavol on a consistent basis for the next 21 days. I will also be taking regular doses of L-Glutamine. I hope to add … wait … not hope … I "Will" be adding roughly 10 pounds. my goal is 180 and hope to have a decent strength increase as well. I figured I would come and post this one (to start) so I have something to add to once i start. On Monday i will also upload the routine that NXlabs has put forth. If anyone has any suggestions please feel free to comment. Thanks in advance.
