im glad my body fat is in the 20s now and since whenever i wrote my last blog i lost another 10 lbs yah im slow haha but idc at least i tried and it showed monthss later so since last yr all together 20 lbs and i think i have made a mark in history i jogged half a mile without stopping on the track ooo yah never thought i could do that and also i finally got my bad eating habbits down somewhat ugghghg finally and i haven’t had my favorite snacks corn nuts and cookies in soo long!!
I’m keeping up with cardio! i did an hr and a half todayy… i have been doing it since tuesday
eating healthy, but i do cheat at times but with semi healthy stuff
so good stuff, just need to be a lil more stricter on what i eat…
