im glad my body fat is in the 20s now and since whenever i wrote my last blog i lost another 10 lbs yah im slow haha but idc at least i tried and it showed monthss later so since last yr all together 20 lbs
and i think i have made a mark in history i jogged half a mile without stopping on the track ooo yah never thought i could do that and also i finally got my bad eating habbits down somewhat ugghghg finally and i haven’t had my favorite snacks corn nuts and cookies in soo long!!

so today my instructor was checking my body fat percentage… with that lil pincher thing that hurts
my bodyfat was 37.9 (sept)pretty high now its 30.1
yup and i pretty much did’t eat well and just excersized… im excited but still want a wayyy lower bf

dieting has been a negative –, exercising has been a positive ++.
i hate it when my mom has get togethers and everyone brings cake… haha i just have to try every single one, and ate out todayy… wow im a fattie!!!

ate really well today except i had 2 cookies but idc…
and did over 2 hrs of cardio… yay
and stayed on the elliptical for 30 min which is good for me
and my sub max for bench is 90 now, hope this contiues
i like cardio wayyy better than working out with weights

My best friend is having a formal grad party on may 9th… and that means i have to wear a dress…
im still doing cardio everyday…but not seeing a difference probably beacause of what i eat… but i did improve a lil.
so im buying a new dress probably this weekend… and my new short term goal is to eat clean until her party,
and the 4 cookies i ate today were unnecessary but sooo good. so wish me luck.

I’m keeping up with cardio! i did an hr and a half todayy… i have been doing it since tuesday
eating healthy, but i do cheat at times but with semi healthy stuff
so good stuff, just need to be a lil more stricter on what i eat…

so today i actually did 50 min of cardio… i feel so proud of myself and weights
and didn’t eat any junk food and didnt buy any snacks at school!!! and no cookies omg epic!
