Halloween is finally here and I’ve completed my first goal to reach 165lbs by this time. My next goal is to reach 155lbs. by Thanksgiving.

Well its the end of Sept. and within the last week I only lost 6 pounds. But the good news is I’m gaining muscels. Heah. I’m hurting so much in my arms, back, and abs. Also tring to keep cardio fun as much as possible. The treadmill is starting to get boring. But my trainer keeps me on my toes and motivates me. And its not just him, there are come cool people at the gym I’ve meet that push me too. Yeah. they may be older then me but if you look at them you would never guess there age. These women are more fit than me. So I cant let them make me look bad. but its hard to keep up.
I’ve also been eating clean and not bring or buying junk food to home or work.
Devil sodas and chocolate. lol. they no my weakness.

I’M GETTING A TRAINER!!! I’M SO EXCITED. HOPE THIS WILL HELP ME REACH MY GOAL A LITTLE FASTER. HAY. PLUS MY TRAINER IS AN EYE CANDY(BONUS POINTS). HOPE HE’S NOT ON HERE. LOL. BUT I WILL STAY FOCUS ON MY GOALS AND NOT ON HIM. LOL. STARTING NEXT WEEKEND HE’LL HELP ME TO GET IN SHAPE, AND GAIN MUSCELS.

Saturday I went to the gym and I workout upstairs. Now down stairs is were people that no what they are doing workout. But today I want to be one of those people. Let me tell you it felt so intimidating. I only stayed down there for about a min and half and run back upstairs. LOL. See all the people in shape, big muscles, and stuff, WOW. Someday I’m going to walk in there with my head up high and not run.
Also does anyone no some really good rock bands. I need some new songs on my I-Pod. I’m into alternative, punk, metal, lil hard rock. HELP!
