After I stopped taking the Hydroxycut Max and dropped out of the contest, because the pill didn’t make me feel so well. I’ve gained a lot of weight than I’ve hoped for. So I’ve decide no more diet pills for me because I’ve found out that these pills are not FDA approved. How silly of me. So I’m going to try the old fashion way and that’s eating healthy and exercising. Now I have extra pounds to lose from the weight gain (once I stopped taking the pill I went on a binge). Great. I’m going to at least try to lose 10 pounds by June 22, 2009 instead of 20, which would have been a really big challenge. Either way I love me a challenge. Wish myself luck.</font></span></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">Since I’ve started the Hydroxycut Max Transformation Contest I’ve seen a lot of changes in my energy and eating habit. But once I started to get in a routine I pulled my hamstring and got sick with a cold. This made me feels depressed and wanted to give up. I thought it was the end of the world because I was unable to take pics for me week six progress. If I was to take the pics it would only disappoint me even more. See that I gain weight back and made no progress. I was going to throw in the towel until I saw a video of Jennifer Nicole Lee “JNL” and other women here on BB.com has given me the I can do spirit. </font></p>

The weight that I did gain back I dropped it off so fast with working out and using Hydroxycut Max. I’m feeling good as you can tell from my progress pics. If I keep going at this rate I’m sure I will reach my goal before the end of the contest. </font></p>

I have not been on for sometime now, but I’m tiring to stay positive and focused. Things have been hard with me looking at the scale and all. But I’ve seen my guns starting to come out (arms). And the muscles in my legs are breaking through as well. I’m also getting a little bored with my cardio. So I’m tiring to think of some fun things to do. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Hydroxycut Max has given me the energy that I need in the morning and after work.  I’ve seen some changes in my body that makes me feel even sexier than ever. Ok. I’m not trying to give myself a big head, but their nothing wrong with feeling good about you. My arms look toned and my legs are even looking better. Also my waist feels a little thinner. I can’t help but to look in a mirror every time I past one and stick out my booty. Apple bottom here I come. LoL. I’ve stopped eating all unhealthy foods. If I do cheat it will be every other week. I’ve stopped eating after 8 pm, as much as possible. I’m also keeping a log of everything I eat throughout the day. But I’m excited to find out if I lost any body fat. Hope to find out soon. Well that’s all I have for today. Need to get back to work. LOL. Everyone enjoy your day and I’ll keep you posted throughout my journey with Hydroxycut Max Transformation.
