Well its the end of Sept. and within the last week I only lost 6 pounds. But the good news is I’m gaining muscels. Heah. I’m hurting so much in my arms, back, and abs. Also tring to keep cardio fun as much as possible. The treadmill is starting to get boring. But my trainer keeps me on my toes and motivates me. And its not just him, there are come cool people at the gym I’ve meet that push me too. Yeah. they may be older then me but if you look at them you would never guess there age. These women are more fit than me. So I cant let them make me look bad. but its hard to keep up.
I’ve also been eating clean and not bring or buying junk food to home or work.
Devil sodas and chocolate. lol. they no my weakness.
