					<description>Well I'll congratulate you on making the decision to try the old fashioned method.  Its actually better for you.  This way you build a strong foundation of healthy eating.  starting out is a little difficult, but after a little while you'll get used to it.  remember to eat 5-6 small meals daily, and consume a good amount of water.  give it a shot.  You can do it!!</description>
