					<description>At this point you need to rest that hamstring before you do any additional damage. You might want to skip your leg workouts for a week or two, but still get that upper body workout in to stay focus. It happens to us all I wish you a speedy recovery...STRETCH AND STRETCH</description>

					<description>I did the same thing, the back of my entire leg was purple.  It only takes time and stretching to heal.  After 2 weeks I did very light leg curls.  But be patient and stretch.</description>
