I PULLED MY Hamstring AND IT HURTS LIKE HELL. FROM THE BACK OF MY BUTT TO THE BACK OF MY KNEE. THIS IS A SHARP PAIN THAT SEEMS TO GET WORST EVERY DAY. PLEASE IF YOU HAVE ANY ADVISE. THANK YOU.

I did the same thing, the back of my entire leg was purple. It only takes time and stretching to heal. After 2 weeks I did very light leg curls. But be patient and stretch.

Stretch, train with bodyweight, stretch, rest & recover. Repeat as needed.

At this point you need to rest that hamstring before you do any additional damage. You might want to skip your leg workouts for a week or two, but still get that upper body workout in to stay focus. It happens to us all I wish you a speedy recovery…STRETCH AND STRETCH
