short *Update* on Contest
Hello everyone, just checking in. I have not been on for sometime now, but I’m tiring to stay positive and focused. Things have been hard with me looking at the scale and all. But I’ve seen my guns starting to come out (arms). And the muscles in my legs are breaking through as well. I’m also getting a little bored with my cardio. So I’m tiring to think of some fun things to do. The gym is starting to be more of as a chore than a stress reliever or exciting. Well I’ll ttyl. Best of luck to ALL.

Use heavier weight. It will be an additional fat burner besides regular cardio and you can always motivate yourself to get to the next level/ max rep/ weight resistance. Good luck.
