is it ok to work out if you’re stressed out. I may due a poor performance so i was told not to work out. Help?

Exercise typically helps a great deal with stress.

When I’m stressed that’s when my body craves a workout! There’s nothing like forgetting about the troubles of your everyday life for a couple of hours and focusing on the weight and your body! In my opinion there’s no better prescription for stress relief than a good workout!
