This is my first season competing and it seems to be going well. Not as well as I hoped with the mild stage fright and the confusion over what the judges want in figure, but I guess I really shouldnt complain with a fourth place in the Jr.USA’s figure B division. My next show I will be a bit more tuned in my poses if I do another figure show. I have decided to try womens lightweight bodybuilding at the next local NPC show and will hopefully get my qualifier for a early nationals show next season. The progress for that seems to be going well. My legs and triceps should be in tune for a national qualifier and will be really right for early next season if I keep the training hot throughout till then. The photographers and a few other people that recognized me could not belive the size and conditioning difference from last years Jr.USA’s when I went for a couple of shoots and had not startred preparing for competition. I didnt think it was that noticable till I saw the comparison photos from last years shoots to this years. Big difference from last years biceps to this years 12" measurements and shoulder development. I owe a huge thanks to Boyd Fields for his work on my diet and prep and to Rob Pearson for his training assistance.

The experience you learned from this competition will help a lot with the next one. Congrats on getting 4th place. That’s definitely not shabby, especially for your first time.
Keep up the great work!
