Training Block #2 (2/18 - 5/18) - Complete.

The last 3 months have been very interesting. In 3 months time I have lost a total of 20 pounds and dropped down to a size 36 pants size. Needless to say I am happy. However, last Monday I did pull a muscle in my back and I had to stop training. I was very concerned, because I thought I had herniated a disc in my lower back. I happy to report that this is not the case.

Training Block #3 is going to focus on form, form and form. I am also working on my posture. I will drop all my weights by half and build myself back up. I am not going to let my ego cause a serious injury.

Training block #1 - Complete

Hello Fam,

Before I go into what has been accomplished over the last 3 months, I would first like to go back into past. After Thanksgiving of 2007, I became disgusted with the way I was looking and feeling. For a while I knew something had to change but I would always make up an excuse. It was and still is, so much easier to eat unhealthy and lay around and not workout.

November 2007

Novmber 20th

In the past I was able to lose weight by working out and eating okay. Now, I have learned that I was severly under eating. I was able to lose 80 pounds. However, now I believe I look better. This time around I have been eating better and I look better. While I am no way near losing 80 pounds, I have a much more defined look and I feel better.

14 pounds.

My main goal in training block #2 is nutrition. I am going to focus on cleaning up my diet.

Back in the game!

No, I’m not talking about the N.F.L. I’m talking about me (Antonio) finally walking into a gym. I have been away for at least 2 years and my body is currently displaying the results. I was down to 200, looking very, very good. Mind you that was after dropping down from 280.

Anyway, I’m back.
