Training Block #2 (2/18 - 5/18) - Complete.
Monday, May 19th, 2008The last 3 months have been very interesting. In 3 months time I have lost a total of 20 pounds and dropped down to a size 36 pants size. Needless to say I am happy. However, last Monday I did pull a muscle in my back and I had to stop training. I was very concerned, because I thought I had herniated a disc in my lower back. I happy to report that this is not the case.

Training Block #3 is going to focus on form, form and form. I am also working on my posture. I will drop all my weights by half and build myself back up. I am not going to let my ego cause a serious injury.
