It’s amazing…
How things come full circle. I remember when I first become a member of Bodyspace, all the way back in November of 2007. I had some knowledge of working out before, so I wasn’t a complete noob. However, I didn’t have the dedication and drive I posses now. Then again, I wasn’t called fat back then either. That’s a whole different story and currently not the point.
The point is that I am now being looked up to. I was feeling down, not happy with the way I looked, etc. All of a sudden I get friends request from people who look up to me. People saying the same stuff that I said to “JoshBme” and others. It’s funny, ironic, humbling, and just great. I can inspire someone else, that’s just amazing. As always I am here to provide any help I can. All my information is free of charge. I want you all to succeed.
As one newly added member said, “Antonio, you show the real results are produced by real people.” I couldn’t agree more. While I may get frustrated, I know I am in this for the long run. There is no rush to perfection. Rome wasn’t built in one day, Jordan wasn’t a instant hit, and you know the rest….

I know you have helped me and I greatly appreciate it. I’ve even passed the info along to others.
You’ve really done a great job. It’s hard to imagine you were ever fat! Keep on keepin on…

I’m with you there. This is no diet. Not a one-time course we are going through, or "getting in shape," which kind of sounds like once you’re in shape, you’re done.
We’re in a constant cycle of improvement now. Our lives aren’t winding down, they are winding UP.
By the way, you’ve done an awesome job at reinventing yourself…

Big ups AW because you were that person for me too. I did and still appreciate the advice and support I got from you. And like you, I’ve been able to pass on great info that I’ve gathered from folks I look up to (u and many others) to those following in my footsteps, so to speak.

That is why you are an inspiration. I know whenever I don’t feel like eating right or hitting the weights I think about people like you that are giving it their all. Keep grinding.

I think you were the 2nd person to comment or befriend me on bodyspace. Your progress has motivated me, even though I’m a long way from where I want to be. You always get back up and go forward! Keep up the good work and keep motivating others. Thanks for the continued inspiration!
