The ending of a chapter and the beginning of a new one.

Ladies and gentlemen, I have ended my experience with the high protein /high fat and low carbohydrates. I know what you all are saying.. you did what?  kizmvp, introduced to FighterDiet.com. This web site is a ran by Pauline Nordin who is an amazing women. I suggest you all check her website out.

Anyway, her diet priniciple’s are kinda like a keto diet. However, the major difference is that you consume 5% of your body weight in low glycemic vegetables. Since, I weight 190 pounds, that would be close to 8 pounds of veggies! On your refeed day or days, is when you switch to starches and sugars. Basically a load up on carbohydrates. I have always wondered that dangerous effects of not eating anough vegetables due to being under a 30 gram carb limit and it’s long term effects.

Today after my morning cardio, i had for the first time some oatmeal and eggwhites. I was so terrified of the oatmeal that my stomach was litterly in knots. Well, it’s time to get ready for my second workout and I shall keep you all updated.

Oh, you’re actually going to eat vegetables now. WTF?!?!?!

LMAO, well, go get some of that forbidden rice while you’re at it.

What’s weird is I just left that diet behind myself. Since I started the 2nd phase of P90X I needed more carbs to keep my energy level up to do circuit training 6 days a week. Multi-grain cheerios have been my thing.
