The ending of a chapter and the beginning of a new one.

Ladies and gentlemen, I have ended my experience with the high protein /high fat and low carbohydrates. I know what you all are saying.. you did what?  kizmvp, introduced to FighterDiet.com. This web site is a ran by Pauline Nordin who is an amazing women. I suggest you all check her website out.

Anyway, her diet priniciple’s are kinda like a keto diet. However, the major difference is that you consume 5% of your body weight in low glycemic vegetables. Since, I weight 190 pounds, that would be close to 8 pounds of veggies! On your refeed day or days, is when you switch to starches and sugars. Basically a load up on carbohydrates. I have always wondered that dangerous effects of not eating anough vegetables due to being under a 30 gram carb limit and it’s long term effects.

Today after my morning cardio, i had for the first time some oatmeal and eggwhites. I was so terrified of the oatmeal that my stomach was litterly in knots. Well, it’s time to get ready for my second workout and I shall keep you all updated.

Contrary to what many say on their bodyspace tag lines. Supplements are just that, SUPPLEMENTS. There is no supplement in the world that is going to provide will power and dedication. People ask me what supplements I used to lose weights. It wasn’t the supplements that got me out of the bed. It wasn’t the supplements the got to where I am now. It’s not the supplements that continue to push me.

A little experiment.

I love to experiment and tweak things. It does not matter, if I am tweaking my car to go faster or my computer. I am just a natural tweaker. I have decided for the next month I will not consume any NO boosters. My current pre-work stack consists of Controlled Labs White Flood and Green Mag. I also use Purple Wraith during my workout.

I will drop all three products and switch to caffeine pills, BCAA powder, and standard creatine mono hydrate.  I am curious to see the results after a month and I hope you are too. Stay tuned!

Where have they gone?

From time to time, I go through my "friends" list and see what’s going on with them. I have noticed recently noticed that a lot profiles have become inactive. I can only assume that’s is due to the warm weather and these individuals are outside getting it in. Well I hope that is the case. Anyway, be easy.
