I have a confession to make
I hate training my abs.
I know you’re thinking, did he just say that? Yes, I did. The sure thought of doing any ab exercises bring shudders to my spine. The reason is simple…. I don’t believe I am doing any of the exercises targeting the abdominal muscle correctly.
"Well, didn’t you make a video?" This is true I did make a video, but there are tons of video on youtube of people doing exercises wrong. Mine is no different.
Out of all the area’s of my body, the ab area is the least defined. Shoulders, chest, legs and arms are all coming along nicely. However, those abs. They might as well be sitting somewhere and taking a lunch break. The definition is just not there and it’s not from the lack of trying. I don’t know what it is and I am open for suggestions.
It’s quite possible that I need drop more weight and or bodyfat but really how much. I am at 189 and if I get any smaller I will disappear. Oh, well I had to get that off my chest.

I had to comment I hate doing abs to lol!, and I have lately refused doing crunches on the floor because they hurt my back. Ive been getting alot of results though by just eating clean lots of veggies and of course protein and sprinting has helped me too. Hang in there bruh!

I don’t know anyone who likes doing ab work! I am definitely not the man to be giving ab advice but here it goes! Look at your before and after photos! You’ve made awesome changes to your body and lifestyle! I am sure there is room for improvement in everything but the truth is your are in awesome shape and are setting the example for others. Loosing more weight may not be the answer as you stated in your confession. Have you consulted a trainer? There are tonnes of guys like me who wished they had your physique! Keep working on it and in time you will get the results your are looking for. Just don’t under appreciate what you already have. Take care and stay positive!

Not sure how your Ab routine is but have you tried doing less reps with weights? Say 10-15 reps with weights. Great progress so far. Thanks for the motiviation. Sometimes I get discouraged from the lack of "noticable change" then I look at your progress pics and remind myself how long it took you to get where you are at. Keep it up bro.
Peace.
